1. Acceptance & the service
AI Hubs United is an independent international professional network connecting local country hubs and one global community. These Terms govern use of the website and member services during beta. “AI Hubs United” refers to the service/brand and its operation, not a specified legal entity.
By using the service you agree to these Terms and the Community guidelines, and acknowledge the Privacy notice explaining how data is handled. Acknowledging that notice is not blanket consent to every form of processing. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use the service.
Membership is free at launch. No subscription billing or paid ticket checkout is active.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and use the network for a genuine professional/community purpose. This eligibility requirement does not mean the service verifies age, identity or professional credentials. Do not use the service where doing so would be unlawful for you.
3. Your account
Maintain accurate information that reasonably represents you. An individual account is for one person; do not share credentials, impersonate others or claim affiliations deceptively. Protect sign-in and recovery information and tell us through Contact if you suspect misuse.
You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account, subject to applicable law. Accounts may be restricted or terminated for violations under the process below. Your home-hub badge is a chosen community affiliation, not verified nationality, citizenship or government endorsement.
4. Community participation
Members can propose/support topics, join Active discussions, follow members and send professional message requests. Topics become Active through the current support process or staff activation. These features do not guarantee an introduction, reply, opportunity or outcome.
Discussion Hosts facilitate individual topics and may edit the introduction and pin one post. A Host role alone does not make someone an employee, platform administrator or moderator, or confer powers to ban, suspend or access reports.
Members may report eligible content and personally block others. The Community guidelines govern participation across all hubs and the global community.
5. Your content & limited licence
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant AI Hubs United a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence only to the extent needed to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate and distribute your content within the service, and operate or promote the platform features through which that content is shared. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to sell your private messages or use them in public promotion.
The licence ends when the content is removed or your account is deleted, except as reasonably needed for backups, legal/safety records and content shared or reposted by others where applicable. Visibility remains subject to service privacy/access controls; deletion is not a promise to recall every copy held by another person.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to share material. Do not infringe intellectual property, reveal confidential information or disclose someone else’s private information without a lawful basis or permission. Attribute sources and avoid substantial unauthorised copying.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for:
- Illegal activity, harassment, hate, threats, exploitation or targeted abuse.
- Spam, scams, phishing, impersonation or misleading commercial promotion.
- Unauthorised security testing, malicious code or interference with the service.
- Bypassing access controls, automated scraping/extraction without authorisation, or collecting member data for unsolicited marketing.
- Sharing content you lack rights to publish, or unlawfully disclosing personal/confidential information.
Relevant and transparent professional Offer/Collaborate posts are allowed. Further expectations are set out in the Community guidelines.
7. Moderation & enforcement
Member reports and deterministic checks help identify concerns. Staff may request AI assistance for selected flagged community content. Automated assistance does not itself impose a ban; people review context and make enforcement decisions.
Outcomes may include no action, content hidden/removed from view, warning, temporary suspension or ban. Staff decisions are recorded. Context, severity and repeated behaviour may be considered; we do not promise to pre-screen every item.
Reasons and review information may be provided where appropriate, consistent with safety, privacy and applicable law. To challenge a decision, use Contact, choose Safety, moderation & appeals and explain your moderation decision appeal with relevant context. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
8. Direct messages & requests
A recipient must accept a message request before a conversation is opened through the request flow. Requests and messages must be relevant and professional; do not persist after a decline, harass or send unsolicited mass sales messages.
Blocking prevents new pairwise messaging and requests; it does not erase historical records. Private messages are protected by participant access controls, not a promise of absolute confidentiality or perfect security. Staff can review specific participant-reported evidence, not generally browse private conversations. See the Privacy notice.
9. Events & future ticketing
Free-event registration takes place within AI Hubs United. Availability, capacity, ticket limits and registration windows may apply. Registration status is shown in the service; an event listing is not a guarantee that the event cannot change.
Organisers may change or cancel an event. Relevant updates and any event-specific conditions should be communicated through the event information or service where available.
Paid ticketing is not active. If introduced, the price, currency, applicable taxes and event-specific cancellation/refund terms will be displayed before purchase/at checkout as appropriate. Stripe will process payments. There is no universal paid-ticket refund policy in these beta Terms, and no paid checkout is enabled by this wording.
10. News, editorial & AI content
AI Hubs United News may be AI-assisted and human-reviewed, with source attribution. Automated drafting is currently disabled; drafts are not automatically published. Editorial and member information may be incomplete, outdated or mistaken.
Content is informational only, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Verify material facts and obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on them. Member content reflects its authors’ views, not necessarily those of AI Hubs United.
11. Third-party links & services
LinkedIn profile links, News sources and other external sites have their own services and policies. Future Stripe checkout would also involve a third-party payment service. A link does not constitute endorsement, and AI Hubs United does not control third-party content, availability or policies. Nothing here removes responsibilities that applicable law places on the service itself.
12. Intellectual property & brand
The AI Hubs United name, global mark, original country-animal identities and site design are protected brand/design materials of the service or their rights holders. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, redistribute or use them outside authorised service use, or to imply a partnership or endorsement.
Country hubs and their animal marks are independent community identities, not government affiliations or official nationality verification. Member content ownership remains with its respective authors.
13. Beta availability & changes
The service is in beta. Features may evolve, be added, changed or withdrawn. We may perform maintenance or make changes for safety, reliability or operational reasons, and aim to provide appropriate notice where practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, or indefinite availability of a particular feature.
14. Account termination & deletion
You can use the available account-deletion control in Settings after signing in, or contact us with a deletion request. Deleting your account ends ordinary access to member features.
We may restrict or terminate access for violations, safety concerns or other lawful operational reasons, subject to applicable rights and the moderation/appeal process where relevant. The effects on content, evidence, event records and backups follow the Privacy notice and current storage rules; not every associated record is necessarily erased immediately.
15. Information & service limits
Use professional judgment when evaluating content and connections. The service is provided subject to applicable law, with the beta limitations described here. Content may contain errors or opinions and does not guarantee business, learning or networking results. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Liability & mandatory rights
Responsibility for loss or harm is determined under applicable law and the circumstances. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Hubs United does not guarantee third-party conduct, information accuracy or uninterrupted service and is not responsible for losses solely attributable to matters outside its reasonable control.
No monetary liability cap or broad member indemnity is imposed by these beta Terms. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer, data-protection or other statutory rights.
17. Changes to these Terms
This edition was last updated on 30 October 2026. Revised Terms will be marked with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate; notice, continued use or renewed acceptance will be handled as required by applicable law and the nature of the change. This page does not implement an additional acceptance mechanism.
18. Applicable law & disputes
Mandatory rights and protections under applicable law remain unaffected. No particular country’s governing law or exclusive court venue is designated in these beta Terms.
Please first raise service-related disputes through Contact so the issue can be understood and considered. This does not prevent you from using remedies, courts or authorities available under applicable law.
